I had the best time. The staff was super nice and they made me feel wonderful. They cut my hair exactly the length I wanted and gave me a fresh lovely look. Highly recommend anyone to this place who wants a cute, fresh, haircut!

Corrine was absolutely astounding! I have a lot of bad experiences with getting my hair cut and the stylist not listening nor caring about what I wanted, I was so unbelievably grateful that I got a chance to have a good experience with not only getting a hair cut I love but also having good conversation while feeling heard. It’s not everyday you find someone who loves what they do and are so passionate about making it a good experience for everyone and I am so lucky I got to meet Corrine and see the amazing work she can do! 10/10

I booked back in October with Gianna for a perm, I was really nervous since I’ve never had a perm but she was very thorough with explaining the process, how to care for my hair, what to expect and even how long it would last. Let me just say, she did an absolute fabulous job, my hair had a little wave before but it’s thick and long and I have ALOT of hair, she took her time and made sure to get every hair on my head and even gave me a little trim to even my hair out to complete the look. I don’t remember how much I paid I think it was $150-165 which is a bit high but again I expected this considering how much hair I have and the length. My perm has lasted pretty well these last few months and I’m going to try to go till May before getting another, but overall 10/10 book with Gianna she’s so sweet and really made me feel like she genuinely cared about me loving the outcome. For reference my pic with the purple is when I first got the perm done maybe a week after, the second pic was recently at Christmas time, and the second pic I have NO PRODUCT, so when I use product the curls are even better

My first time at Feel good salon and Spa. and what I get, an amazing gesture of asking for water ,coffee or tea after checking in. Then I shared my concerns and what i wanted and My hairstylist Cody understood my concerns which hardly other hairstylist have so far . she transformed my Brassy hair into a new look! I am so mesmerized by my hair currently. I tried lot of salons around Lombard. Feel Good Hair Salon and Spa would be first where I already scheduled my second appointment is September. I thought it would end being costly as well, As I got haircut, hair toning and Blow dry. But it is such a reasonable and affordable price for what I got. Definitely recommended! and They don’t upsell products to the brink of you buying it as courtesy!

I saw Jocelyn on Saturday. I was able to get in right away for a highlight and cut. I was very happy about that. This was my first time coming to FGH. First, I will say as I was already getting my hair highlighted I found out that Jocelyn was just out of beauty school. That made me a bit nervous. However, I quickly relaxed when I saw her asking for help from her coworkers. Gianna helped her periodically throughout my hair experience. It was so wonderful to see someone learning a new trade and comfortable with asking questions to ensure that they do exactly what they promised. Jocelyn did a great job on my hair. She talked me through my request and made sure she understood exactly what I wanted. She took her time and did it right. I left very happy. I even bought products. I normally don't. I was a little surprised that my hair wasn't styles when I left, but every salon is different. I'm not sure that they do that. Regardless she explained all the products I bought and how I should use them. She checked in with me on the cut and color and scheduled my next appt. I was very impressed with her. I will be seeing her again at the end of the month. I'm very happy with my hair. The color and cut are perfect. Everyone at the salon was so kind and friendly. I will definitely recommend them going forward. Thank you
